The Bigger Gun!

A few months ago, Michael McCourry, a well-satisfied customer of Accurate Innovations, loaned us one of his specially developed “elephant” rifles to shoot. We enjoyed that immensly, and shot a video entitled “The Big Gun” which we then posted here. Shortly after that, Mr. McCourry decided to send us his largest caliber rifle – a .500 MDM Ultra – warning Daddy not to “let any of his daughters shoot this one!” So on a day when we had several friends and family members here, including Dad’s sister and two of her boys, we tried it out. Here are the results…

I assume this was the day of Jessi’s graduation. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but on second thought…..!! Maybe we are glad we came home to help our friends move!!:) It appears you ALL had fun trying out “The Bigger Gun”!
Alec says, “I wouldn’t have shot that thing for nothin’. The biggest thing I’ve ever shot is a paintball gun!”

That is hilarious!! That gun is definately “Bigger” than our nerf guns…I no longer feel like a man.

Whew! That gun has a big kickback! I think y’all found a good way to test somebody’s flexibility. You sure couldn’t get me to shoot that thing!

Mrs. Willard: Yes, that was the day of Jessi’s graduation, and yes, we had a blast… so to speak.
Sorry you couldn’t be there! Poor Alec! He has no idea what he’s missing!
Martins: I have to agree; I’ve never seen a Nerf gun quite that big.
Mrs. Keller: You made us laugh so hard when we shared this comment with everyone! Sorry we scared you – the only people we WANT to scare are “bad guys!” LOL And…. our ants all died a long time ago.
Alec: Yes, the kick is pretty powerful; but after shooting that, we’re not so nervous about the average deer rifle anymore.
Dad said the power erupting from the end of that barrel is literally like flinging a Mini Cooper at 2200 feet per second! But if you stay BEHIND the gun, it’s not nearly so bad. *grin*

So what is the main use for a .500 MDM Ultra? Elephants? Saltwater Crocodiles? Seladangs? Dinosaurs? Looks like a lot of fun. It’s amazing that Accuate Innovations can get guns like that on wooden stocks without danger to the stock!! My, what we missed out on for not being there at the graduation!

That is hySTERical!!!!
It is even funnier when your internet connection is slow, and the video plays in little jerks, so that you can see every little movement of the spines.

Maybe the .500 MDM Ultra could be used to disable tanks and bombers when the U.S. sends its military against its own citizens for the criminal act of owning guns? Maybe every true American family should own its own anti aircraft, black hawk hellicopter, and humvee squad.
OK maybe we should work on getting people in office who will be trustworthy in defending our Constitution. Even better, let’s work on bringing people into the kingdom of God so that there is no perceived need for gun control at all.

NICE!!!! i just watched the video with our youth pastor and he was IMPRESSED!!! You should bring it (the gun) next time ya’ll come up!!!
