Hey Herman, it's great to see how you're helping out. Cooking is fun. I like your idea of using whole wheat bread - that's the way we always do it. Delicious ain't it!

Herman-
Isn't it amazing what the 'goopy stuff' can do to already good-tasting bread?! Mr. Keller and I like French Toast too.
  Mrs. Keller
p.s. putting black tea (cool)on a burn is a wonderful remedy.

Hermon, that french toast sounds & looks delicious! Cooking it a great skill to bless others with, so keep up the great work!
It is admirable that you demonstrated perseverance & diligence by continuing to help even though you got burned.

Go Herman - you have some excellent teachers to learn from there. Now that French Toast sounds scrum-dilly-licious - I think we should try it out sometime soon! Let us know when you're in the area..... :-)

I love to cook with my siblings especially when making a fun food like French Toast. The fun we always have together and the messes are just....well...unbeatable. :-) Keep being a blessing to your family Herman.

Herman,
It sounds like you had lots of fun helping Kitty in the kitchen with supper! We like to eat the French Toast that Mr. Willard makes occassionally. It is good that you are learning to cook. There is nothing wrong with a boy learning to help in the kitchen and how to cook. I'm sorry you learned the hard way about pans being hot. I hope your hand is feeling much better now. Keep up the good work of learning different skills. The Lord uses ALL things that we learn for a purpose in our future.
